6.2 Delivery Method

Written reports are delivered via email in PDF format to the email address provided at booking. Consultation sessions are conducted via video call (Zoom or similar platform) or phone, as specified at the time of booking.

6.3 Rescheduling Consultations

If you need to reschedule a consultation, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee or forfeiture of the session, at our discretion.
