1. Our Commitment to Quality
Every reading, report, and consultation we deliver is created with meticulous attention to detail. Our practitioners invest significant time and expertise into analyzing your unique astrological chart and providing meaningful, actionable insights.
Because our services are highly personalized and time-intensive, we have established the following refund guidelines to ensure fairness for both our clients and our practitioners.
2. General Refund Policy
2.1 Personalized Nature of Services
All astrological readings and consultations are custom-created for you based on your specific birth information and questions. Once work has begun on your reading, the time and expertise invested cannot be reclaimed.
For this reason, refunds are generally not available once a reading has been delivered or a consultation session has taken place.
2.2 Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with your reading or consultation, we encourage you to contact us within 7 days of delivery or the session date. We will work with you to address your concerns and, where appropriate, may offer:
- A follow-up clarification or additional insights at no charge
- A partial refund or credit toward future services, at our discretion
- In rare cases, a full refund if we determine the service did not meet our standards
3. Specific Refund Conditions
3.1 Written Reports (Natal Chart Readings, Forecasting, etc.)
Refund Eligibility Before Delivery:
- If you cancel your order before work has begun on your reading, you are eligible for a full refund.
- If work has already commenced (i.e., chart calculation and analysis have started), a cancellation fee of 50% may apply, with the remaining 50% refunded.
Refund Eligibility After Delivery:
- Once your written report has been delivered, refunds are generally not available.
- If you believe the report contains factual errors (e.g., incorrect birth data used, significant calculation mistakes), contact us immediately. We will review the report and, if errors are confirmed, provide a corrected version or a full refund.
- If you are dissatisfied with the quality or depth of the reading, contact us within 7 days. We will assess your concerns and may offer a follow-up clarification, partial refund, or credit at our discretion.
3.2 Consultation Sessions (Live Readings)
Refund Eligibility Before the Session:
- If you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled consultation, you are eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule at no charge.
- If you cancel less than 48 hours before your session, a cancellation fee of 50% applies, and the remaining 50% may be refunded or credited toward a future session.
- If you fail to attend your scheduled consultation without prior notice (no-show), no refund will be provided.
Refund Eligibility After the Session:
- Once a consultation session has taken place, refunds are not available, as the service has been fully rendered.
- If you experienced technical issues that prevented you from fully participating in the session, contact us immediately. We may offer a complimentary follow-up session or partial refund depending on the circumstances.
3.3 Electional Astrology (Best Dates Services)
Electional astrology involves selecting optimal dates and times for specific events. Due to the specialized and time-sensitive nature of this service:
- Refunds are available only if you cancel before the analysis has begun.
- Once date options have been researched and delivered, no refunds are available, as the work is complete.
- If you believe the dates provided do not meet the criteria specified in your request, contact us within 7 days. We will review your concerns and may provide revised recommendations or a partial refund at our discretion.
3.4 Relationship Readings (Synastry/Composite Charts)
Relationship readings require analysis of multiple charts and complex interactions. The same refund conditions apply as for written reports (Section 3.1).
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind after receiving a reading or attending a consultation, no refund will be provided.
- Disagreement with Interpretation: Astrology is an interpretive art. If you disagree with the astrological insights provided, this does not constitute grounds for a refund, unless factual errors are present.
- Unfulfilled Expectations: If you expected specific predictions, outcomes, or advice that were not included, this does not qualify for a refund. We encourage you to clarify your expectations before booking.
- Inaccurate Birth Information: If you provide incorrect birth data (date, time, or location), the resulting reading will reflect that inaccurate information. We are not responsible for readings based on incorrect data, and refunds will not be provided in such cases.
- Third-Party Services: If you used a third-party platform or service to book or pay for your reading, refunds must be requested through that platform according to their policies.
5. How to Request a Refund
5.1 Timeframe
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your written report or attending your consultation session. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.
5.2 Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:
- Your full name and the email address used for booking
- The service purchased (e.g., Natal Chart Reading, Consultation Session)
- Date of purchase and date of delivery/session
- A clear explanation of why you are requesting a refund
- Any supporting documentation (e.g., screenshots, correspondence)

5.3 Review Process
Once we receive your refund request, we will:
- Acknowledge receipt within 2 business days
- Review your request and the associated service materials
- Respond with a decision within 5-7 business days
We may contact you for additional information or clarification during the review process.
6. Refund Methods and Timing
6.1 Refund Method
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
6.2 Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days of approval. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
6.3 Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer a partial refund or credit toward future services instead of a full refund. This will be communicated clearly during the review process.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
7.1 Contact Us First
If you have concerns about a charge or service, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication.
7.2 Chargeback Consequences
If you initiate a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us:
- We will provide evidence of service delivery to your payment provider
- Your access to future services may be suspended or terminated
- You may be responsible for chargeback fees and administrative costs
8. Rescheduling and Cancellations
8.1 Rescheduling Consultations
If you need to reschedule a consultation session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Rescheduling is free of charge if done within this timeframe.
Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee of 25% of the service cost.
8.2 Cancellations
Cancellation policies are detailed in Section 3 of this policy and vary depending on the service type and timing of the cancellation.
9. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
9.1 Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from receiving your reading or attending a consultation (e.g., email delivery failure, video call connection issues), contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue and may offer:
- Redelivery of the reading via an alternative method
- Rescheduling of the consultation at no charge
- A full refund if the issue cannot be resolved
9.2 Practitioner Unavailability
If unforeseen circumstances prevent us from delivering your service within the agreed timeframe (e.g., illness, emergency), we will:
- Notify you as soon as possible
- Offer a new delivery date or session time
- Provide a full refund if the delay is unacceptable to you
10. Changes to This Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your purchase of services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
